About Harper Brown

Hello! I'm Harper Brown, a passionate and creative coding tutor based in Nazareth, PA. My aim is to make learning an exciting and enjoyable adventure for kids as they dive into the world of Scratch and Roblox. With a focus on fun and interaction, I guide my young learners through the basics of coding, all the way to more advanced game and project creation. If your child has an interest in video games and a curiosity about how they are made, my classes are the perfect place to start transforming that interest into a valuable skill.

Experience

Over the past 3 years, I've dedicated myself to teaching young minds the joy of coding through Scratch and Roblox. My classroom is a space where experimentation is encouraged and where every child gets the attention they deserve. I am proud to say that I have successfully inspired a number of students to pursue their passion for coding beyond my classes and to have seen their incredible growth along the way.

Expertise

Scratch: A visual programming language designed especially for ages 8 to 16 but used by people of all ages. I teach children how to think creatively, reason systematically, and work collaboratively — essential skills for life in the 21st century.

Roblox: An online platform that allows kids to create and play games created by others. I guide students through using Roblox Studio, the tool that allows users to create their own games and release them to the Roblox community.
