Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms and conditions under which subscriptions to Tutree services may be canceled, and refunds may be issued. By subscribing to Tutree, you agree to the terms outlined below:

Money-Back Guarantee:

a. The Money-Back Guarantee is available exclusively to new subscribers who enroll in the current $99/month Pro plan, which includes four (4) classes in a month.
b. To qualify for a full refund under this guarantee: i. The refund request must be submitted within the first four (4) scheduled sessions of the initial subscription period. ii. Refund eligibility under the Money-Back Guarantee is not dependent on whether or not the Subscriber attends any of the scheduled sessions. However, refund requests must be submitted within the specified period of the first four (4) scheduled sessions of the initial subscription. Refund requests made outside this timeframe will be automatically denied.
c. Approved refund requests will be processed in full, and no further charges will be made to the payment method on file.

Cancellation After the Guarantee Period:

a. Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time after the Money-Back Guarantee period has elapsed.
b. To initiate cancellation, Subscribers must submit a written request to support@tutree.com no later than Fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the start of their next billing cycle.
c. Cancellation requests submitted fewer than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the start of the next billing cycle will not prevent the upcoming charge. In such cases, the Subscriber will not receive a refund for the next billing cycle, but they will retain access to all classes included in the upcoming billing period for which payment has already been processed.
d. Upon successful cancellation, no further charges will be applied to the Subscriber’s payment method.

Billing and Non-Refundable Payments:

a.Tutree subscriptions follow a recurring four (4)-week billing cycle. The first payment is processed on the date of the Subscriber’s first paid class, and subsequent charges occur every four (4.) weeks from that date unless the subscription is canceled in accordance with this Policy.
b. Except as provided under the Money-Back Guarantee, all charges are final and non-refundable. This includes charges for unused services resulting from mid-cycle cancellations.
c. Subscribers are responsible for ensuring timely cancellation to avoid further charges.

General Provisions:

a. Tutree reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate this Policy at its sole discretion, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
b. By subscribing to Tutree, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
